Madonna - Bitch I'm A Rebel Heart IDAHO

This album is made by Idaho Jean-Michel Lopez.

He made the remixes
and artwork himself.

I will upload everything I own from Idaho in the coming months.

RebelHeart is one of my favorites albums.

Madonna : BrandonUK Mixes 2

Madonna : BrandonUK Mixes 2
14 Madonna Mixes Including New Edits and 3 EXCLUSIVE Remixes..

Links further down, but before that, Mary Hazel Clarke had chance to have a chat with him:----
*******************
"MHC: Well hello BrandonUK!
Such a pleasure to welcome you back and for asking Remixers United to exclusively release your 2nd Mixes compilation.
B: Thanks for giving me the opportunity to put together another collection of mixes, it’s genuinely appreciated.
MHC: You are welcome. So, tell me what have you been up to since the last successful release of BrandonUK Mixes 1?
B: Sure. Well, Madonna remix wise, I have been continuing to work on ‘God and Pornography (Act 2)’, something that is taking forever to be honest, but I hope to complete it before the end of 2023.
Over the summer I was lucky enough to be asked to feature on Kerry Poynters mashed potatoes in connection with ‘Madonna Remixers United’, as well as putting music forward for a couple of Madonna projects. I was grateful for those opportunities.
Something I’m probably most proud of in 2022 was my ‘The First Album’ 40th anniversary ‘You Can Dance’ style remix album which I posted up in September. Not only was it great to remix the classic tracks that started Madonna’s career, but it gave me an excuse to dust off my decks and do some mixing again. So it’s been a pretty good year generally.
MHC: Wow you have been busy.
I really loved your First Album 40th anniversary and I saw fans in the Facebook community did and how well received it was on SoundCloud. Thank you for such awesome mashups. Any Madonna mashup fan would love your work!
B: Thank You and thanks to all for the follows and mentions
MHC: Awe. So, can I ask what does the future hold for you?
B: Yes sure.
Obviously I've worked hard on this second mixes collection that ‘Remixers United’ are kindly making possible, which is in fact what we are releasing today!
I have an exclusive remix on the next Mashed Potatoes podcast, which I believe will be available to stream in February.
I am also currently working on a dance mix of ‘Hung Up’ for a big Madonna remix collaboration, something you probably know more about than me Mary
🙂

MHC: Haha yes, I won't give secrets away at this point or I will get shot! But yes, something very big and very special is coming to MRU by Spring this year!
But is there anything else?
:B: Well beyond this, I really want to get ‘God and Pornography (Act 2) finished and online, plus ideally find a musician / producer open to working on some original music with me. I’ve been sat on an album for a few years and it’s kind of calling me to do something with it... possibly even using guest vocalists? Just ideas at the moment really.
MHC: This is exciting.
There is something else I wanted to ask. Your real name is Martin Cranton so where did BrandonUK come from?

B: Well, I was going to say that BrandonUK was just a nickname that I turned into an online brand, but the full story is probably slightly more interesting. It’s actually from my dancing days in Leeds. I think it was very briefly a stage name given to me by the management at the Leeds t&c (Town and Country Club). They had cartoon flyers and posters of ‘Brandon Wildfire’ (and the other dancers) made up to promote a Saturday night show I danced for. Although I don’t think the artwork / promotion was ever used in the end..? So the nickname Brandon originated from a stage name, but that was quite a long time ago.
🙂
MHC: Thanks, I had always wondered, as had others.
B: I would like, before people download my album, to say a thank you to all fans, all Remixers who inspire me and to you Mary and all in RUP (Remixers United Productions) for having me and the constant support.
A special thank you to Driekus Châtelain for the artwork he took time to do for me...thanks D for creating the colours I envisioned and for your patience!

MHC: Awe that's lovely. Yes Driekus is great and my friend for life. I'm proud to say he has also worked with the great Aldo Diaz too.
B: Yes, I'm very happy with the results and now I guess it's over to all you guys to listen and enjoy my Mixes Part 2.
Thank You Mary for your time.
MHC: You are more than welcome.
And thank you for being such an entertaining mashup artist and also for our chats."
